We want your online testing purchase to be a satisfying experience. However, we realize occasionally you may need to cancel an unused order.

To provide for your complete satisfaction we are listing our refund policy and procedure for your convenience.

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

Refund requests can only be made for UNUSED products.

Refund requests can be made by calling 740-346-9775 or by emailing support@netcertification.com.

All refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
